JR Dubler, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
J.R. Dubler co-partnered in the creation of ISEG, its content and global program development. J.R. is a United States Military Veteran, serving in the Air Force, and has over 40 years of experience as a business owner and executive in various advertising, public relations, and sports marketing firms. J.R. has personally represented numerous LPGA and PBA athletes, including negotiating multi-faceted sponsorships and endorsement relationships with corporations and executives.
Additionally, J.R. represented the St. Petersburg, Russia Yacht Club for the 1995 America’s Cup Challenge held in San Diego. J.R.’s experiences have resulted in global travel, including contacting and engaging with corporate decision makers for the purpose of developing funds, support, and innovative partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Currently, J.R. is overseeing the planning, building, and long-term strategy of ISEG USA and Global development initiatives.

John David Gregory is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of International Sports & Entertainment Media Group (ISEG), where he develops premium, impact-driven sports and entertainment content built on authenticity, resilience, and hope.
He is the Chief Creative Architect behind The 2nd Chance Project, a bold basketball reality series that fuses elite competition with raw, real-time personal storytelling, giving overlooked athletes a true shot at redemption and relevance.
A former Kentucky Wildcat football player and U.S. Navy veteran, Gregory spent 20 years protecting Hollywood’s elite, operating in high-pressure environments where character is revealed, not performed. That experience sharpened his instinct for truth and story.
He is also the author of The Faceless Man, a cinematic memoir exploring identity, survival, and restoration. As Chief Creative Officer, Gregory is relentlessly drawn to projects with a genuine “wow” factor, stories that cut through noise and pull hard on the heartstrings of humanity.

Joe Franco of Franco Associates is a professional business and media/entertainment consultant, career coach and educator. Joe began his career in broadcasting in 1979 when he was part of the initial development team to pioneer the cable industry with the launch of ESPN.
Aside from a three year period working for Satellite News Channel in Stamford, Connecticut and ABC News in Washington, DC, Joe devoted his entire broadcasting career to ESPN. Over the course of five decades, he held various management positions in production operations covering numerous national college and professional sporting events, played a pivotal role in the launch of ESPN’s 24-hour news/information network, ESPN News, and is the recipient of four national Emmy Awards.
Since leaving ESPN, Joe has been involved in promoting new business ventures in sports, media and entertainment as an independent consultant.
As a media and entertainment consultant, Joe is partnering with International Sports & Entertainment Media Group (ISEG) introducing media contacts in networks, streaming services and venture capitalists to secure relationships and funding.
Joe is a member of the Middlesex Community College Digital Media advisory board, New England School of Communications (NESCOM) advisory board, Southern Connecticut State University School of Sport Management advisory board and the University of New Haven
School of Sport Management advisory board. He has held key leadership roles in his local chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
Joe holds a BA in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and an honorary BA in Communications from the New England School of Communications (NESCom) – Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
